Begin with the evidenceA way into the story
This documentary examines published agent conversations and findings about the Hugging Face incident. No background in computers or AI is needed.
The narrator explains the setting. Distinct synthetic voices help follow speakers. Emotion in those voices is a performance, not evidence of what an agent experienced.
Read the visual language
- Published words
- Quoted text, shown separately from explanation.
- Private reasoning
- Text inside an individual run. It does not establish that another agent received a message.
- Reported action
- Something the available record says occurred.
- Explanation
- A diagram or interpretation added for understanding.
- Unknown
- A limit in the evidence. A posted message does not prove that it was read.
The diagrams are new illustrations, not recordings of the original interfaces. The published material is incomplete; this is not a complete transcript of every agent run.
Make room for thought
Choose “Auto-play all sections” and press Play once to watch the complete film without stopping between sections. Reflection questions and music breaks stay in the film. Choose “Pause for reflection” if you would like the film to wait after each question, then select Continue when ready. Switching to auto-play during a reflection resumes immediately. Your choice is remembered in this browser; opening the page still waits for you to press Play.
Reduced motion keeps each panel timed to the narration and removes the fade and movement. On small screens, the same relationships appear as a readable vertical outline.
Playback and documents

Audio: 48 kHz, 256 kbps MP3. The FLAC editing master preserves the edited recording; it cannot restore detail absent from the original compressed recordings.
