END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Battlefield Chess, including its code, artwork, animation, music, sound and
text (together, the "Game"), is owned by AutiTech LLC and is protected by
copyright law. The Game is licensed to you, not sold. It is not open-source
software. By installing or playing the Game you agree to this license.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO
You may download, install and play the Game for free, for your own personal,
non-commercial use, on devices you own or control.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
Except where the law gives you a right that cannot be waived, you may not,
without written permission from AutiTech LLC:
  a. copy the Game, other than the copies needed to install, play and back up
     your own saved games;
  b. share, redistribute, re-host, mirror, publish or upload the Game or any
     part of it, including its files, artwork, animation, music and sound;
  c. modify, translate, adapt or make derivative works from the Game;
  d. sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make money from the Game;
  e. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, or extract its
     assets;
  f. remove or change any copyright or license notice;
  g. use the Game's artwork, animation, music or sound to train or build any
     other product or model.

Viewing or forking the files on GitHub, as GitHub's own terms allow, does not
give you any other right to use them.

3. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
This license does not apply to third-party components. They remain under their
own licenses, and nothing here limits the rights those licenses give you:
  - Stockfish 19 chess engine (and its WebAssembly port): GNU General Public
    License, version 3. Its license text and exact corresponding source are
    published with each release at
    https://github.com/ChazK86/battlefield-chess/releases
  - Capacitor: MIT License.
  - Microsoft Edge WebView2: Microsoft's license terms.

4. NO WARRANTY
The Game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent the
law allows.

5. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, AutiTech LLC is not liable for any indirect,
incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use
of the Game.

6. ENDING THIS LICENSE
This license ends automatically if you break it. If it ends, you must stop using
the Game and delete your copies.
